Common questions about our pricing and plans.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining time in your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), FPX online banking, and e-wallets through our payment partner Fiuu. For Business plans, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms.

No, all our plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Annual plans offer 17% savings but you can cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund.

You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your user or employee limits. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or manage your current usage to stay within limits.

Add-ons are only available for paid plans (Pro and Business). To use add-ons like e-Invoice or Bank Feeds, you'll need to upgrade to at least the Pro plan.
