Understanding Your Available Amount
The available EWA amount is calculated based on:
Available = (Days Worked × Daily Rate × Policy %) - Previous EWA
Example:
Days Worked: 15 days
Daily Rate: RM150
Policy %: 50%
Previous EWA: RM0
Available = (15 × RM150 × 50%) - RM0 = RM1,125

Tips for Using EWA
- Plan carefully - Remember this reduces your next paycheck
- Use for emergencies - Not for regular monthly expenses
- Check timing - Consider how close you are to payday
- Know your limits - Understand your organization's policy
- Track requests - Keep records of your EWA history
Common Questions
Q: How quickly will I receive the money?
Processing time depends on:
- Approval speed (HOD, HR, CEO if required)
- Payment processing schedule
- Bank transfer timing
Typical timeline: 1-3 business days after approval.
Q: Can I make multiple EWA requests?
Most policies allow only one active request per pay period. Once your request is paid, you may be able to submit another if you still have available balance.
Q: What if I don't have enough earned wages?
You can only access what you've earned. If your available balance is below the minimum threshold, you'll need to wait until you've accumulated more earnings.
Q: Will this affect my credit score?
No. EWA is not a loan and is not reported to credit bureaus.
