Attendance Report

Accessing the Report

  1. Go to HR → Attendance Report (/hr/attendance-report)
  2. Set filter criteria:
    • Date range
    • Department
    • Employee(s)
  3. Generate report

Report Contents

Column Description
Employee Staff name and ID
Days Present Count of days attended
Days Absent Count of days absent
Late Count Number of late arrivals
Early Out Number of early departures
Leave Days Days on approved leave
OT Hours Total overtime hours
Total Hours Total hours worked

Using Filters

Filter Description
Date Range Start and end dates for report
Department Filter by department
Employee Specific employee(s)
Status Present, Absent, Late, etc.

Exporting Data

  1. Generate the report with desired filters
  2. Click Export button
  3. Choose format:
    • Excel (.xlsx)
    • CSV
  4. Download file

Yearly Attendance Report

Accessing the Report

  1. Go to HR → Yearly Attendance Report (/hr/yearly-attendance-report)
  2. Select the year
  3. Choose department or employee
  4. View annual summary

Monthly Summary Attendance by month
Trend Analysis Patterns over the year
Leave Summary Leave usage by type
Overtime Summary OT hours by month
Absence Pattern Days and patterns of absence

Annual Metrics

Key metrics tracked:

  • Attendance Rate - Percentage of days present
  • Punctuality Rate - On-time arrivals
  • Absence Rate - Percentage of unplanned absences
  • OT Trend - Overtime pattern over months

Special Duty Report

Accessing the Report

  1. Go to HR → Special Duty Report (/hr/special-duty-report)
  2. Set filters:
    • Date range
    • Department
    • Policy type
  3. View special duty data

Employee Staff assigned to special duty
Date Date of special duty
Policy Special duty policy applied
Hours Duration of special duty
Rate Compensation rate
Amount Total earnings

Analysis Options

  • By employee - Total special duty per person
  • By department - Department workload
  • By policy - Usage of different duty types
  • By period - Trends over time

Daily Attendances

Real-Time View

  1. Go to HR → Daily Attendances (/hr/current-attendances)
  2. View current day status:
    • Who is clocked in
    • Who hasn't arrived
    • Who has clocked out

Status Indicators

Status Meaning
On Duty Currently clocked in
Not Arrived Expected but not clocked in
Clocked Out Completed work for the day
On Leave Approved absence
Day Off Scheduled rest day

Attendance with EWA Report

Combined Analysis

  1. Go to HR → Attendance Report with EWA (/hr/attendance-report/ewa)
  2. View attendance data with earned wage information
  3. Useful for:
    • EWA eligibility verification
    • Earned amount calculations
    • Combined attendance/financial analysis
